Privacy policy.
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This policy explains how PartnersSEO handles personal information when you visit partnersseo.com, contact us, or request a free 48-hour visibility review. PartnersSEO is a remote search marketing agency serving business clients, including clients in the US and UK.
For privacy questions or requests, contact founder Mubashar Shahzad at mubashar@partnersseo.com or use our contact page.
1. Information you give us
You choose whether to send an enquiry or request a review. Our current forms ask for:
- Contact form: full name and email address (required), plus optional company, subject and a message about how we can help. The form also displays an optional phone field.
- Free visibility review form: name, work email, website URL and industry (required), plus an optional main competitor website.
If you email us directly or reply to a conversation, we receive your email address and whatever information you include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or information about other people that is not needed for your enquiry.
2. How we use your information
We use enquiry details to understand your request, respond to you and discuss the search support you have asked about. For a free visibility review, we use your website, industry and any competitor URL you provide to prepare the requested review and send it to your email address.
The two forms are configured to store submissions in the website’s WordPress database and email a notification to Mubashar. They are not configured to sign you up to a newsletter or an advertising audience.
Where UK data protection law applies, responding to a business enquiry and operating the website may rely on legitimate interests in communicating with prospective clients and running the service. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, that processing may instead be necessary to take those steps at your request. The applicable basis depends on the particular conversation and the information involved.
3. Technical information and form records
When your browser requests a page, the website server receives technical information needed to deliver it, including your IP address and browser request information.
Avada/Fusion Forms records submission details such as the date and time, the source page and a device-type category. The current settings for both forms disable saving IP addresses and browser user-agent strings in their submission database records. If an authorised WordPress user submits a form while signed in, the submission can also be associated with their user account. These form settings do not control any separate hosting or email-system logs.
4. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
As of the last update to this policy, the public pages reviewed do not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or Hotjar. Google Search Console is used to understand how the site appears in Google Search; it is not a visitor-tracking script installed in your browser.
WordPress uses functional cookies for authorised users who visit the login area or sign in, including cookies for login sessions and administration preferences. You do not need a WordPress account to use our enquiry forms. Comments are currently closed on our live pages and Insights posts, so we do not offer a public comment form.
The Avada theme includes browser-storage functionality for interface features, such as remembering off-canvas panel interactions. Its scripts also briefly test whether local and session storage are available. These capabilities are not evidence of advertising tracking. You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings; restricting storage may affect site functionality.
5. Website services and other recipients
The website runs on WordPress with the Avada theme and Fusion Forms. Form records are kept in the site database, and notification emails are handled by the email systems involved in delivering them. The infrastructure services hosting the website and delivering email necessarily process information to provide those services. WordPress and Avada are software used on the site, not a statement that every form submission is sent to their developers.
Our pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s font services, which receive your IP address and browser request information to deliver those files. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy covers PartnersSEO’s website and enquiries, not those other websites.
6. Storage and retention
Enquiries can exist in both the website database and the email correspondence used to answer them. The current form configuration does not set a fixed automatic deletion period for the name, email address and other enquiry fields. The form software’s scheduled anonymisation setting is not the same as deleting an entire enquiry or removing copies from email.
You can contact Mubashar to ask what information is held about your enquiry or to request deletion. Any information that must be retained for an applicable legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim may be excluded from deletion. We will explain any applicable limitation when responding to your request.
7. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit a form, leave optional fields blank, or ask us to stop following up about your enquiry.
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions; not every right applies to every request or jurisdiction.
To make a request, email mubashar@partnersseo.com. Tell us which enquiry or information your request concerns. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you before disclosing or changing personal information. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed.
If UK data protection law applies, you can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. US privacy rights depend on the state law and its application to the organisation and processing involved.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website or its information-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
